- Description: This interactive session examines conflict in the workplace. Reflections of destructive tools are analyzed and the challenge for use of new power tools is outlined.

- Description: This session explores cultural differences and how culture impacts conflict.
The Art of Classroom Warfare: Feel like you're dodging bullets and grenades from students in the classroom?

- Description: This program examines classroom conflict and at developing new attitudes and approaches to conflict as a faculty and staff member.
Facilitating Meetings
- Time: 50 minutes
- Description: This session is geared toward participants in the role of a supervisor/team leader. Skills necessary for running a smooth and productive meeting are introduced.
Playing Games, Serious Consequences: Decision Making & Ethical Dilemmas
- Time: 3 hours
- Description: This session introduces ways people make decisions, the UCF creed, ethics, and values clarification exercises.
Destination Excellence in the Game of Life
- Time: 1 hour
- Description: This session is a basic introduction into ways people make decisions, the UCF creed, ethics, and a challenge to clarify values and set goals.
Building Positive Relationships in the Work Place
- Time: 50 minutes
- Description: This leadership session will focus on "cleaning up the tank." Participants will learn how to they view the fish bowl of their work environment, identify themselves as little fish / big fish, and develop tools to make positive change in the work environment. This session focuses on Ken Blanchard's book entitled Whale Done! The Power of Positive Relationships.
