The Refresher Session
The Refresher Session is a relatively brief (4 hour) workshop highlighting mediation skills and techniques. This continuing education workshop is for mediators that have already participated in the 1st Timer's Training and want to brush up on their skills.
Brown Bag
The Brown Bag session is a brief (1 hour) workshop highlighting various conflict management and dispute resolution topics. This continuing education workshop is for interested participants who want to learn new skills, brush up on old skills, or learn more about the field of alternative dispute resolution. Sessions are provided at no cost; however, participants are asked to bring their own lunch. Please e-mail spfarris@mail.ucf.edu to RSVP attendance to a brown bag session one week prior to the session. You will receive an electronic confirmation and reminder from a member of the DRS staff regarding important details regarding the event (I.e. location, changes in date/time).
